Product Description “At Last” picks up where “These Foolish Things” leaves off. Elizabeth Gardner and Ty Hadley seem destined for “happily ever after,” but fate has challenges in store that could tear them apart. Is their love strong enough to survive? Review "I really enjoyed how the author develops her stories and characters, and I will definitely be reading her future books." - authorgroupies.blogspot.com"I loved that the book had a real life feel to it. I mean I'm all for the fairy tale were life is perfect and happy and you get swept off your feet by love. You know were the biggest problem is the characters can't decide who is going to fix you breakfast or should you buy the diamond necklace or a new house. But, to be able to read a book that the characters go through ups and downs and challenges is fantastic." - itstartedwithabookblog.blogspot.com"Here's the good news: this book delves into the "happily ever after" part of romance novels, which frankly, doesn't exist - either in romance novels or in real life...I actually wished there was a bit more, because I very much enjoyed the comfortable ease and warmth the relationship exuded in this part of their story. "  Deliza Rafferty, dirtydramas.blogspot.com From the Author I wrote "These Foolish Things" and "At Last" because although I've read a lot of love stories and romance novels, it struck me that none of the characters were over 30, they were relatively flawless and "happily ever after" struck me as "Move along. Nothing to see" and ignored the possibility of issues that would threaten the relationship once established. These books are my response.  From the Back Cover "These Foolish Things" is a response to all the love stories that begin with young lovers and end immediately after mutual declarations of love. Life continues after youth and love can happen anytime., anywhere. "At Last" picks up where "These Foolish Things" leaves off: Elizabeth Gardner and Ty Hadley seem destined for "happily ever after," but fate has challenges in store that could tear them apart. Is their love strong enough to survive?  About the Author Susan Thatcher grew up in a classic New England town. She attended college at the University of Vermont, graduating in 1983.
