Refund policy

'New' books are eligible for a 10-day return period. New books can be returned at the store for a refund (must have proof of purchase showing the purchase date). New books not being returned in-person may be shipped to the store using Media Mail at the customer's expense. New books must remain in new condition according to the store's standards for new versus used. New books in the 10-day return window that are no longer in new condition according to the store's standards will not be accepted for a refund. New books that were ordered and prepaid through our distributor will be eligible for return per the terms above minus the cost of processing and shipping. 

All non-book products are eligible for the 10-day return period as described above. Products must be unopened, unworn, undamaged, and in brand new condition. Proof of purchase is required.

'Used' books are all final sale items. They are not eligible for a refund. They may be used for future trade-in programs. Be sure to subscribe to the OTBS mailing list to receive updates and announcements on all future programs.
