Kids' Book Club (In-store only)

This summer, we're hosting another book club just for young readers (in this case, young heroes)! Children ages 10-14 will enjoy this social activity, meeting up for group discussions, games, and more.

Hosted by last year's participant, Alana, we'll be reading Magnus Chase & the Gods of Asgard, a fantasy adventure by Rick Riordan. You can read more about it below.

The book club will meet for 6 weeks, on Wednesdays, from 1:00pm - 2:00pm.

The meeting dates are: June 11, June 18, June 25, July 2, July 9, and July 16

Participants will need to keep up with their reading at home. This book is nearly 500 pages, and each week, we will discuss approximately 5-6 chapters (about 80 pages). 

Space is limited, and your $20 entry fee is nonrefundable. This fee covers the cost of the book as well as supplies attained to create a worthwhile experience. Be sure your child can attend all 6 book club meetings before signing up.

About Magnus Chase & the Gods of Asgard
